Day 1:

  • 1. Breakfast meet and greet
    Meet the team and get to know one another by the pool
  • 2. Beach run
    Run along the costa del sol coastline. Pacemakers available and open to all running abilities (distance of 5k and 10k)
  • 3. Healthy lunch
    At one of Marbella’s hot spots
  • 4. Resistance training at Marbella’s world-famous outdoor gym
    A combination of free weights, resistance machines, Hyrox stations and combat sports
  • 5. Mobility and recovery
    Stretch in the Spanish sun and recover in our sauna and ice bath facilities
  • 6. Dinner
    Replenish with high protein meals after a solid day of activities

Day 2:

  • 1. Breakfast
  • 2. Tough Mudder style assault course
    A morning at one of Spain’s biggest and most challenging obstacle courses
  • 3. Lunch onsite
  • 4. Cross-fit workout or mixed cardio session
  • 5. Mobility and recovery
    Stretch in the Spanish sun and recover in our sauna and ice bath facilities
  • 6. Dinner
    Replenish with high protein meals after a solid day of activities

Day 3:

  • 1. Coastal run
  • 2. Breakfast
  • 3. Motivational talk by Lurata Lyon
    Highlighting the importance of resilience and healthy living. Refreshing smoothies available during the talk
  • 4. Full body weight session
  • 5. Healthy lunch
    At one of Marbella’s hot spots
  • 6. Circuit training / Hyrox style simulation
    High intensity circuit aimed to push you to your limits
  • 7. Mobility and recovery
    Stretch in the Spanish sun and recover in our sauna and ice bath facilities
  • 8. Dinner
    Replenish with high protein meals after a solid day of activities

Day 4:

  • 1. Coastal run or Yoga
  • 2. Breakfast
  • 3. Resistance training at Marbella’s famous outdoor gym
    A combination of free weights, resistance machines, Hyrox stations and combat sports
  • 4. Healthy lunch
    At one of Marbella’s hot spots
  • 5. Canyoning
    Heading up to the mountains for a river walk, swim, slide and scramble in the fresh water of Benahavis
  • 6. Mobility and recovery
    Stretch in the Spanish sun and recover in our sauna and ice bath facilities
  • 7. Dinner
    Replenish with high protein meals after a solid day of activities

Day 5:

  • 1. Early breakfast
  • 2. Dawn hike challenge at La Concha
    a thrilling 1200m trek up one of the regions highest peaks
  • 3. Healthy lunch
    At one of Marbella’s hot spots
  • 4. Combat sports
    (bagwork, padwork, self-defence drills)
  • 5. Mobility and recovery
    Stretch in the Spanish sun and recover in our sauna and ice bath facilities
  • 6. Sundowners and reflection
    a chance to unwind, discuss fitness and nutrition goals with the team, at an exclusive Marbella Beach Club
  • 7. Dinner
